Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Bobrix websites, Bobrix Player, Bobrix Studio, account features, creator features, social features, virtual currency features, and other Bobrix services that link to this policy.

Bobrix is designed for users age 13 and older. We do not knowingly permit accounts for children under 13.

2. Information we collect

Account and age information

When you create or maintain an account, Bobrix may process your username, email address, email-verification status, authentication information, account ID, account status, date of birth, gender selection, avatar body type, and account creation date. Your date of birth is used to enforce Bobrix's 13+ age requirement and is not shown on your public profile.

Profile, avatar, social, and creator information

Bobrix may process information you choose to add or create, including profile information, avatar appearance, friends, followers, following, groups, games, assets, catalog items, comments, chats, ratings, and other content or interactions you submit through Bobrix.

Purchases and virtual economy information

When you buy or redeem Brickbux, use gift cards, purchase catalog items, or use Gamers Club, Bobrix may process transaction amounts, virtual balances, purchase history, subscription status, Stripe customer or subscription identifiers, gift-card redemption information, and related transaction records.

Payment-card entry for Stripe purchases is handled by Stripe rather than by Bobrix's own payment form. Gift-card verification or redemption may involve Cardivo.

Technical, security, and usage information

Bobrix and the providers used to operate it may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, session information, request logs, crash or error information, and security events when needed to operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

3. How we use information

We may use information to:

• create, authenticate, and maintain Bobrix accounts;
• confirm that users meet the 13+ age requirement;
• provide profiles, avatars, games, groups, friends, catalog, creator, and social features;
• process purchases, virtual balances, gift-card redemptions, and Gamers Club membership;
• save and display content you choose to publish;
• moderate content, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, and enforce Bobrix rules;
• provide support and respond to requests;
• maintain reliability, diagnose errors, and improve Bobrix; and
• comply with legal obligations and protect users, Bobrix, and others.

4. When information may be shared

Bobrix does not sell your personal information to advertisers.

Information may be shared in these situations:

• Service providers. Providers that help run Bobrix may process information for hosting, security, payments, subscriptions, and gift-card redemption. These may include Cloudflare, Stripe, and Cardivo.
• Public features. Information you intentionally publish may be visible to other Bobrix users or visitors.
• Safety, security, and legal reasons. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or abuse, protect people or the service, respond to lawful requests, or comply with law.
• Business changes. If Bobrix is reorganized, transferred, or acquired, information may be transferred as part of that change subject to applicable law.

5. What may be public

Bobrix includes social and creator features. Depending on what you use or publish, your username, avatar, profile information, games, assets, groups, comments, ratings, creator information, and other published content may be visible to other people.

6. Data retention and security

Bobrix keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, protect the platform, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Some information may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, moderation records, fraud-prevention records, or transaction records after content or an account is removed.

Bobrix uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No online service can guarantee that information will always be completely secure.

7. Age requirement and users under 13

Bobrix is a 13+ service. A person under 13 may not create or use a Bobrix account. If Bobrix learns that an account belongs to someone under 13, we may restrict or close the account and remove personal information as appropriate.

Users should provide their real date of birth when Bobrix asks for it and must not use another person's information to bypass the age requirement.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

You may be able to update certain profile and account information through Bobrix settings. You may also ask Bobrix to provide access to, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account, subject to identity verification and any records Bobrix must or is permitted to keep.

You may stop using Bobrix at any time. Some features require certain information to function, so deleting or withdrawing permission for necessary information may mean those features or the account can no longer be provided.

9. Service providers and international processing

Bobrix uses online infrastructure and payment providers that may process information in countries other than your own. Those providers may be subject to the laws of the places where they process information.

10. Changes to this policy

Bobrix may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. If a change is important, Bobrix may provide additional notice through the website, account interface, or another reasonable method. The effective date at the top of this page shows when this version became effective.
