Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a Bobrix account. Do not create an account if you are under 13.

If you are not old enough under the law where you live to agree to these Terms on your own, your parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf where required by law.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate information when Bobrix asks for information needed to create or maintain your account, including your date of birth and email address, and complete required email verification.
• Keep your login credentials secure and do not knowingly give another person access to your account.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity occurred because of a security failure Bobrix is responsible for.
• Usernames, account features, and access may be changed or restricted when needed for safety, moderation, security, or service operation.

3. Acceptable use

When using Bobrix, you must not:

• harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or deliberately deceive other users;
• post illegal, sexually exploitative, hateful, or otherwise seriously harmful content;
• share another person's private information without permission;
• upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights;
• distribute malware, phishing content, spam, or code intended to damage Bobrix or other users;
• exploit bugs, bypass access controls, evade moderation, or interfere with Bobrix systems;
• automate abusive activity or manipulate ratings, transactions, virtual items, or other platform systems; or
• use Bobrix to break applicable law.

4. Your content and creations

You keep ownership of content you create and upload to Bobrix to the extent you own it. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to upload and publish that content.

By uploading or publishing content, you give Bobrix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and technically modify that content as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote Bobrix and the content available through it. This license ends when the content is removed from Bobrix, except where continued storage or use is reasonably necessary for backups, moderation, legal compliance, or content that other users have already incorporated through features Bobrix provides.

Bobrix may review, reject, limit, unpublish, or remove games, assets, catalog items, comments, group content, or other user content that violates these Terms, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, or safety requirements.

5. Bix, Brickbux, digital items, and limited items

Bix, Brickbux, catalog items, limited items, avatar items, and similar Bobrix features are digital service features. They are not bank accounts, deposits, or legal currency, and they do not have a guaranteed cash value outside Bobrix.

You may use, trade, resell, transfer, or otherwise interact with digital items only through features Bobrix specifically provides. Bobrix may change prices, availability, exchange relationships, limits, economy rules, or virtual-item features when reasonably necessary to operate or balance the service, subject to applicable law.

Attempting to duplicate, counterfeit, fraudulently obtain, or manipulate virtual currency, digital items, limited copies, or transactions may result in reversal of the affected transaction and moderation action.

6. Payments, gift cards, and Gamers Club

Bobrix may offer paid Brickbux packs, gift-card redemption, and Gamers Club memberships. The price, currency, billing period, and other purchase details shown at checkout are part of the transaction.

Stripe is used for supported card payments and subscription billing. Cardivo may be used for supported Bobrix gift-card purchases or redemptions. Their services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

If a Gamers Club tier is sold as a recurring subscription, it continues according to the billing terms shown at checkout until it is canceled through the billing controls Bobrix or the payment provider makes available.

Refunds, reversals, and cancellations are handled according to applicable law, payment-provider rules, and any specific terms shown at checkout or provided by Bobrix for the purchase.

7. Moderation and enforcement

Bobrix may investigate suspected rule violations and may warn, restrict, suspend, ban, rename, remove content from, or otherwise moderate accounts and content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, prevent abuse, or operate the service.

Serious or repeated violations, ban evasion, fraud, security abuse, or illegal activity may result in stronger or permanent action.

8. Service changes and availability

Bobrix is an evolving service. Features may be added, changed, tested, limited, interrupted, or discontinued. Bobrix does not promise that every feature, game, asset, item, server, price, or service will always remain available.

Bobrix may perform maintenance, deploy updates, limit access during incidents, or make compatibility changes to Player, Studio, APIs, games, assets, or other parts of the service.

9. Ending use of Bobrix

You may stop using Bobrix at any time. Bobrix may suspend or terminate access when permitted by these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature need to continue after account closure may continue, including provisions concerning ownership, licenses already required for backups or legal records, transaction records, enforcement, and legal limitations.

10. Disclaimers and legal limits

Bobrix is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bobrix does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent storage of user content, or that every third-party service will always be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bobrix is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, guarantees, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Changes to these Terms

Bobrix may update these Terms as the service changes. If a change is important, Bobrix may provide additional notice through the website, account interface, or another reasonable method. Continuing to use Bobrix after updated Terms take effect means the updated Terms apply to future use, to the extent permitted by law.
